Yes the Travel Partner can add his Service Fee on Portal
After the confirmation of the booking and locking the rate with the payment details, the rates will not change for you. But if you have not make Payment then the rated may fluctuate only due to variation in the ROI.
No. There is No Service Fee collected separately on our Portal. The Service Charge is already included in your Payment Details.
